Mentoring is not a supplementary service at Unicollege — it is a structural feature of the academic model. Every student is paired with faculty and professional mentors who accompany them from enrolment to graduation and, for many, into the first years of professional life.
A single point of reference throughout the degree — academic choices, language pathways, internship selection and thesis planning are discussed with a mentor who knows the student's full profile.
Mentors bridge classroom learning and career horizons, drawing on faculty expertise and a network of senior professionals across law, diplomacy, translation, industry and cultural heritage.
Small cohorts and flexible scheduling allow for personalised sessions — in person on campus or online — tuned to each student's pace, goals and language combination.
Mentoring at Unicollege is organised as a progressive set of programmes, each responding to a specific phase of the student journey.
Available to all undergraduate students. A faculty mentor follows academic progress, advises on course selection within the Applied Languages and Global Careers pathway, and coordinates with language tutors for the two-language requirement.
For students enrolled in master's and doctoral programmes. Research-oriented mentoring focused on thesis design, publication opportunities and transition into PhD work or advanced practice. Learn more ›
