An International UniversityStudying and working abroad at Unicollege. All Unicollege second- and third-year students have the opportunity to spend a semester at one of our partner universities abroad through Erasmus+ scholarships, bilateral exchange agreements outside Europe, and a doctoral pathway with Westcliff University in California.
All Unicollege second- and third-year students have the opportunity to spend a semester at one of our partner universities abroad through the Erasmus+ program, which provides scholarships funded by the European Community. During this exchange, students attend courses in the local language and take exams that are fully recognized within their academic curriculum.
Unicollege students can also undertake an international internship through the Erasmus Placement program. This allows them to gain work experience in companies, institutions, training centers, and research organizations in one of the countries participating in the Erasmus Program.
Thanks to bilateral agreements established by Unicollege with prestigious non-European universities, students can spend a semester in Asia or Latin America — for example, taking Chinese-language courses in Taiwan that count toward their academic program, or immersing themselves in Spanish while studying in Argentina — and access exchange programs in the USA and Canada offering a unique academic and cultural experience in North America.
For those who wish to pursue a PhD, Unicollege has partnered with Westcliff University in California, providing students with the chance to continue their studies at the doctoral level in an international and innovative academic environment.
Six structured pathways — built on direct university-to-university partnerships — let Unicollege students study, intern, mentor and teach across borders.
The Erasmus+ program offers students the opportunity to study in a participating European country, spending a semester abroad at one of Unicollege's partner universities.
The Erasmus Placement program offers students the opportunity to undertake a training internship at a company or institution located in one of the European countries participating in the program.
Unicollege welcomes international faculty from its partner universities. Each year, visiting professors hosted at the Florence and Mantua campuses offer seminars, open lectures, and workshops which generate significant participation and interest among students.
Each year, Unicollege offers its lecturers and professors the opportunity to teach abroad for a varying duration at one of its partner universities.
Through bilateral agreements between Unicollege and prestigious non-European universities, students have the opportunity to spend a semester studying in one of the partner countries.
Each year, Unicollege welcomes exchange students from its European and international partner universities at its campuses. To facilitate their integration, a peer mentoring program selects "Buddies" among Unicollege students willing to support their fellow exchange students during their initial period of stay.
