Admission Test & Enrollment

All students wishing to enroll at Unicollege are required to pass an Admission Test consisting of multiple-choice questions designed to assess language skills and general knowledge. The Admission Test can be taken either online or in person at one of our campuses, on the dates and at the times scheduled for each admission session.

The test is structured as follows:

• 20 questions in Italian
• 20 questions in General Knowledge
• 30 questions in English
• 30 questions for each foreign language selected by the candidate for their course of study

Once you have passed the Admission Test, you can proceed with your enrollment within the deadline provided at the time of your test result notification (applicants usually have around 3 weeks to formalize, if they wish to, their enrollment). The Admissions Office will send you an email detailing the enrollment process you need to follow.

The first step is to complete the enrollment form, which will be sent to you by the Admissions Office of your designated campus (either Florence, Mantua, or Turin). The completed and signed enrollment form must be sent to the Admissions Office of your chosen campus (Florence, Mantua, or Turin) via mail by the indicated deadline.

The following documents must be included:

• A € 16,00 revenue stamp affixed to the enrollment form
• Two identical passport-sized photos
• A copy of a valid ID document
• A receipt of the enrollment fee payment
• If available: a copy of your high school diploma

It is crucial to complete the enrollment process by the deadline specified by the Admissions Office. Failure to do so will result in losing your right to enroll. If you later decide to enroll, you will be required to retake the Admission Test.

Optional Language

In addition to two foreign languages, Unicollege provides the supplemental option to add a third optional language — thus maximizing the prestige and competitiveness of the degree. Upon enrollment, candidates can opt for a:

• European Language: the cost for this integration is € 350 per year.
• Non-European Language: the cost for this integration is € 350 per year.

(NB: Non-European Language courses are activated upon enrollment of 5 students per year minimum).

Undergraduate (BA) Tuition, Fees, and Costs — Academic Year 2026–27

NB: additional fees and costs may apply — a full list of supplemental services will be supplied upon enrollment.

Payment Methods, Terms, and Deadlines

Tuition fees at Unicollege can be paid either in a single installment or according to the automatic payment plan outlined below. Students who require financing in order to divide the tuition fee into ten installments may contact the Admissions Office to begin the application process with the affiliated credit institution.

NB: the breakdown does not include costs for housing, which should be arranged with the Admission Team upon enrollment.

Late Payment Penalties

Failure to finalize payment by the established deadlines will result in the following penalties:

• +0.5% after 10 days
• +0.75% after 11–15 days
• +1% after 16–20 days
• +1.5% after 21 days

NB: Payments must be received and recorded by our administrative offices by the specified deadline.

NB for international students: Due to international bank transfer fees and exchange rate fluctuations, international students will incur an additional 1% charge on the total annual costs for bank adjustments.

Unicollege is committed to supporting academic excellence and equal opportunities, proudly granting scholarships and financial aid to 15% of its student body. Both domestic and international students seeking financial assistance must submit their scholarship request to the Admissions Office as part of the enrollment process.

Scholarships for international students are awarded based on the following criteria:

• Financial background
• Previous academic and/or professional achievements and merits
• Overall merit
• Contingent circumstances

All scholarship requests will be carefully reviewed by the Unicollege Admissions Team upon enrollment.
