Registration

Registration for the 2027 edition is open to Erasmus+ participants, faculty-led groups, speakers and independent participants, on campus in Mantua or online. Fields marked with * are required.

Registration Procedure. Registration itself is free of charge. Following submission of a registration request, Unicollege will contact each applicant individually to confirm the participant profile (student, faculty member, panelist, or attendee) and the applicable funding arrangement (personal funding, Erasmus+, or faculty-led participation). Upon confirmation, a EUR 200 registration deposit becomes payable.

The deposit will be retained until 28 February 2027 and refunded in full should the program be cancelled. If the program is confirmed, the outstanding balance must be paid to Unicollege by 14 March 2027.

Registrations may be cancelled without charge until 28 February 2027. After that date, should the on-campus edition not take place, participation may be transferred to the online format or any fees already paid will be refunded.

Erasmus+. Eligible students, faculty and staff may have participation and mobility fully covered through Erasmus+ funding, subject to institutional eligibility and grant approval. Participants attending through an Erasmus+ mobility grant are not charged separately for the program: Unicollege applies the value of the grant to cover it in full.

Eligibility enquiries: Erasmus+ office. Cancellation free of charge until 28 February 2027.

Faculty-led program. A minimum of six students, to be confirmed by 28 February 2027. With six participating students, the accompanying faculty or staff leader pays no program fee (airfare excluded); student fees follow the rates on the registration page. The program is organised together with an expert of the Unicollege Faculty-led team: Faculty-led team.

Cancellation free of charge until 28 February 2027.

Speaker / Panelist Participation. Online participation is free of charge for proposals accepted for online presentation; otherwise, the applicable participation fee is EUR 250. In-person participation is subject to the rate indicated on the registration page. Erasmus+ funding, the faculty-led waiver, and official supporting letters for scholarship or external funding applications remain available under the same conditions.

Applicants are invited to submit a provisional title together with an abstract of up to 150 words. English is the sole language accepted for proposals and presentations.

Proposal deadline: 5 February 2027. Cancellation: free of charge until 28 February 2027.

Independent participant. Register at the rate of the current phase (Founding Registration, EUR 1,350 with Venice included, until 30 November 2026). Unicollege can provide official invitation and participation letters for scholarship, grant and institutional funding applications: International Office.

Mode of participation

This is a registration request, not a payment. The International Office will reply within seven days with the registration form for the current phase (Founding Registration, EUR 1,350 with Venice included, until 30 November 2026) and the payment details. A copy of the request is sent to the email address provided.
