On the ground floor, there is a relaxation/break area where students can unwind between classes.

Unicollege has established special agreements with student residences in San Salvario and CX, offering students exclusive discounted rates.
- San Salvario Residence, located adjacent to the campus, consists of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, available for students, teachers, and staff of nearby schools, universities, and hospitals.
- CX Marconi and CX Belfiore are situated on Via Belfiore and Corso Regina Margherita, approximately 30 minutes from the campus by public transport.
